Our parent workshops offer practical guidance on the everyday challenges of raising children – from dealing with tantrums and managing screen time, to supporting children’s mental health and navigating the ups and downs of your relationship as parents. Each session is a chance to connect with other parents, share ideas, and feel supported in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment.
Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a suggested contribution of £5 per person. If you can afford a little bit more, we welcome additional donations to support Kendal Parent Network. If £5 is a stretch, use promo code KPN26 to request a free/subsidised ticket.
